MORE FROM THE WORK

Leading change, aligning delivery and applying technology.

03 / WHERE I CAN HELP

Start with what
needs to change.

The next stage of growth asks more of an organization. I help turn that gap into a direction—and lead the work to close it.

01Growth & capacity

Growth is outpacing the operation.

Build the roles, capacity and ways of working needed to support growth while protecting the quality of delivery.

02Organizational capability

The ambition has outgrown the capabilities.

Bring together talent, specialist partnerships, and quality standards to expand what the business can deliver.

03Business performance

The team is busy. Performance isn’t improving.

Clarify priorities, ownership and handoffs so teams can deliver more effectively. Work with finance partners to understand the cost and resource implications.

04Leadership & change

The organization needs a new way forward.

Align leaders around a practical direction, make investment decisions clear, and guide the team through implementation.

04 / WAYS TO WORK TOGETHER

The right leadership.
For the work ahead.

Executive opportunities and advisory engagements shaped around the responsibility you need someone to own.

01 / ASSESS & PRIORITIZE

Operating-model assessment

For leaders who know delivery needs to improve, but need clarity on where to begin.

What you receiveA focused view of the constraints, decision ownership and priorities for improvement, with practical next steps.

02 / LEAD THE CHANGE

Change & transition leadership

For a launch, restructuring, new capability or transfer of responsibility that needs experienced direction.

What you receiveA coordinated plan, clear responsibilities and leadership through implementation and handover.

03 / PROVIDE DIRECTION

Interim or fractional leadership

For organizations that need operating leadership while developing permanent capability or navigating change.

What you receiveAgreed priorities, leadership for the team and an operating rhythm that supports delivery and develops ownership.

For CMOs and creative leaders, that may mean a stronger connection between the brief, the team and delivery. The work starts with the business need, the people involved and the outcome that matters.

05 / HOW I LEAD

Clear direction.
Shared ownership.
Better judgment.

I bring operational experience and client understanding, working with people, technology and finance partners to make decisions that hold up in practice.

  1. Protect the quality of the work and the commitments made to clients.
  2. Develop leaders who take ownership.
  3. Make technology earn its place.
  4. Connect the client promise to the business.
06 / ABOUT DEVIN

A partner in the decisions.
A leader in the work.

I like the energy of building: finding the opportunity, bringing people together, and turning a difficult problem into something the team can act on.

My experience spans more than 30 years at Betty/Quad, CreativeDrive, and Gap, connecting creative services, client partnerships, and business operations. I previously led approximately 170 employees and oversaw operations across 14 locations in the U.S. and Asia.

I set direction, challenge inherited ways of working, and give people room to lead. The goal is a stronger business and a team equipped to keep moving it forward.
